The collapsible structure, inspired by the principles of tensegrity pioneered by futurist Buckminster Fuller and sculptor Kenneth Snelson, comprises of four tubes and an outer elastic membrane that holds the structure in place. The minimal use of material not only makes it highly ecological but also allows for easy storage when not in use. As the user sits, the surface conforms to their body, providing a comfortable and personalized seating experience. The Bag Chair was featured in Surface Magazine.
